Q: What is this all about?!
A: It’s good times in a casual and relaxing environment. You will be taught how to complete the painting you pre-purchased. No experience or artistic talent necessary, really! Check out the calendar, make a reservation, show up, find your easel, grab a beverage or something to eat, get your paint… and enjoy an evening of fun and outgoing painting instruction.
Q: How do I buy a ticket?
A: To purchase a ticket for an event, select “Locations” from the page menu above.Find the location you would like to paint at. Scroll through and pick the painting you are interested in and select "buy now".
Q: I have never painted before!!! Is that OK?
A: YES! Karen will guide you step by step to make sure you take home your very own masterpiece. If you are an experienced painter, you will be free to improvise as much as you want.
Q: If I come with friends or a group, can we all sit together?
A: If you would like to sit with friends, there is no pre-arrival saved seats. It is a first come basis. Please arrive early to get seats together in larger groups. We will do our best to accommodate you! It is usually not a problem.
Q: Can I come alone?
A: YES! Meet new people or just do your own thing…
Q: Do you do private events or kids parties?
A: We have many options available for your private party and can accommodate anyone. Ask us about corporate events, bridal showers, family reunions or any other reason for gathering. We know your event will be memorable!
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: As long as you cancel 48 hours prior to event date you can either transfer your ticket to a different event at no cost or you can request a refund. If you would like a refund, there is a $10 fee and takes 7-10 business days from date of request to receive refund.
However if you would like to cancel or no show,within 48 hours of your event, you’ll be charged a $20 per-ticket reschedule or cancellation fee.
You are welcome to send someone else in your place, at no additional cost, please just let us know their name so we can be sure to have them all set up to paint!
Q: What happens if venue cancels event?
A: If your event was canceled by us, you won’t be charged a fee. You may transfer your ticket to another event, or recieve a full refund.
Q: What do I wear?
A: We use acrylic paint which is not washable. We provide aprons, but suggest you dress comfortably in clothing that can get a little paint on it.
Q: Can I bring my child with me to paint at night?
A: Any child under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.. Please keep in mind that the painting experience at night is geared towards adults and sometimes may be inappropriate for kids under the age of 16.
Q: Can I BYOB? What about food?
A: Sorry, local regulations prohibit BYOB. Due to Health codes and laws, no outside food is permitted to be brought in
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: The time listed on the calendar for each event allows for 15 minutes to check in and get settled (example: a 5:45pm event time means the painting begins at 6:00pm). Arriving early gives you ample time to find your seat, grab a bite or a bottle, and settle in.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: Paint, canvas, brushes, aprons, instruction, a great atmosphere and a whole lot of fun!
Q: Should I tip?
A: Tipping is very much appreciated by the artist and bartender, but not required. Thank you!
Q: Can I bring my own supplies?
A: You are welcome to bring your own supplies as long as they are water based. The charge is $35 for your seat regardless of what you bring.
